The CCHI designation was developed by the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors Of Canada (AlbertaACHI) as a rigorous home inspection credential, the only Canadian home inspection certificate that has mandatory training and verified proof of experience. The CCHI is available to AlbertaACHI and OntarioACHI members in good standing.
Alberta CCHI requirements
- Complete the Alberta required education courses through InterNACHI
- Complete proctored final exams (80% minimum passmark)
- Complete pre license field training
- Complete Peer Review
- Obtain Alberta License
- Submit proof of 25 fee paid inspections
